Manu Ginobili Catches Bat During Halloween NBA Basketball Game

BASKETBALL - A spooky occurrence took place during the Halloween NBA game between San Antonio Spurs and the Sacramento Kings as a bat took centre stage. The bat had interrupted the game twice before Manu Ginobili of the San Antonio Spurs swatted the bat from the air and caught it, allowing the bat-sketball game to continue. "I grabbed a bat," said Ginobili. "I didn't think it was a big deal. Then the whole arena started chanting my name." The PA system also played the Batman theme tune, much to the amusement of the crowd, before the game continued.



The Spurs did not need to bat-tle much to gain a 113-94 win over the Kings.
